“Our performances are mostly non-verbal, since for a young child spoken word is only one of hundred languages. We like to connect with children and challenge them at the same time. We love to ensure them that your imagination is a safe place in which you can explore everything you want. And that ‘weird’ can be great. Our shows are for everyone from 2 to 7 years old and for everyone who wants to be that big again for a while. We start from the physical and aim for the philosophical.”
Artistic director Simone de Jong is educated in modern mime/physical theatre and music theatre. She teaches professionals and children and is the author of two novels for children.
